If you noticed that you might have missing items or KR, please follow this guide to understand what could have happened with your account.


Items just acquired

If you just got a new item, either after spinning the in-game Wheel or performing trades, keep in mind that it could take a few seconds for your inventory to update. If this is the case, simply reload the game and check your Inventory again.


Traded Items

Traded Items are non-refundable. If you traded or even lent an item to another player we are unable to recover it, as all Player Trades are approved by the player itself and we are unable to enforce any type of agreement made between players.


Account Sharing

Account Sharing is not permitted according to our Terms of Service and can result in missing Items or KR. In cases like these, we are unable to recover any lost items or KR.


Using Hacks, unofficial clients, or similar

If you or someone using the same device as you to play the game are using any type of hacks, cheats, mods, unofficial clients, or similar external modifications, your account might be compromised. In this case, we are unable to recover any type of items lost due to this.


Account Hacked

If you believe your account information might have been stolen, please reach out to our Player Support informing the following:


1. Your in-game Username

2. Description and/or Amount of items or KR missing

3. Date when you first noticed these Items or KR were missing

4. What client are you using to access the game (Official or Alternatives - Like PC7)

5. Does your account have a 2FA enabled?

6. Your IP Address: (you can find this at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ - a number like this: 123.123.123.123
