We understand that misunderstandings can happen. If you believe you were falsely or unfairly permanently banned from the Krunker Bunker Discord server, you can request a review of your case using our official Ban Appeal Form.
Before You Appeal: Eligibility & Rules
Not all bans are eligible for this appeal process. Please review the following rules before submitting your form:
Permanent Bans Only: This form is strictly for permanent bans. Temporary bans or timeouts cannot be appealed and must be waited out.
Time Limit: Bans for violating the Krunker Terms of Service that are older than 6 months are not appealable through this form. (Note: If your ban is older than 6 months and you have hard evidence that you were banned under false information, please create a standard FRVR support ticket instead).
Do Not DM Staff: Please do not directly message FRVR staff or KB moderators regarding your ban or appeal status.
How to Fill Out the Form
When you are ready to appeal, open the Krunker Bunker Ban Appeal Form. You will need to provide the following information as accurately as possible:
Your Discord User ID: This is your unique numerical Discord ID (not your display name). If you aren't sure how to find this, check Discord's official support guide on locating your User ID.
Your Krunker Usernames: List all Krunker accounts associated with you. Please put each username on a separate line.
Ban Reason: If you received a reason for your ban from our bot or a moderator, provide it here. If you are unsure, simply write "I don't know."
Context & Justification: This is your chance to explain the situation. Tell us when you were banned, provide any relevant context we should know, and clearly explain why you believe the ban should be lifted. Be honest and thorough.
Previous Appeals: Let us know if you have submitted an appeal for this specific ban in the past.
Agreements: You must check the boxes to agree to the FRVR/Discord Terms of Service and our Data Privacy & Processing Consent to submit the form.
Once you submit your appeal, our moderation team will review your case alongside our server logs.
If we need more info or approve your appeal: Server staff will reach out to you directly via Discord to discuss your ban or notify you of your unbanning. Please ensure your Discord privacy settings allow direct messages from server members.
If your appeal is rejected: We receive a high volume of requests, so we cannot individually notify every rejected appeal. If you do not receive a message from our staff within 1 week (7 days) of submitting your form, your appeal has been rejected.
