How can I change my Username?

To prevent impersonation and to protect player privacy, usernames cannot be re-registered and it's not possible to change your username.


How can I get Account Badges or Verified in-game?

Verification or Account badges are given out on specific occasions to players dedicating a lot of time and effort to the Krunker Community. It is not possible to request these at the moment, FRVR will reach out to individual users to award these.


How can I get a specific Clan name from an Inactive one?

Clans may be deleted based on inactivity from members and clan owners, to ensure clan names are available for owners who will create active communities around them.


Where can I change my password?

You can change your password by going into your Profile -> Settings Tab and moving down to the Account Security section:



Why I can't use my Spin Tickets?

Some countries or locations have spins restricted due to legislation restrictions in their geological area. In the cases of spin-restricted countries, the battle pass tickets can not be used.


Can I transfer Items, Stats, or Progress between Accounts?

Unfortunately, all items, stats, and progress are not transferable between accounts.


Can I change a Twitch Connection in my account?

Unfortunately, once a Twitch connection has been made with a game account, it cannot be removed or modified to another.
