If you lost your account before validating your email (Before March 2025)
Your account recovery must be done manually via our Player Support system.
⚠️ Important information before continuing
- Permanent bans are final: If your account was permanently banned for cheating, unauthorized software, or other Terms of Service violations, recovery is not possible.
- Proof of purchase is required. In order to recover your account, you must provide a Proof of Purchase (receipt) of a purchase that was made in your account. Without this information, account recovery is not possible.
1. Required Information
To proceed with account recovery, please contact our player support using this form. You will be required to provide the following:
- FRVR Game – Select "Krunker.IO";
- Ticket Type - Select "Account Recovery";
- Krunker Username - Your in-game Krunker Username;
- Account Email - If the email used in your Krunker Account is different, please add it here. Otherwise, leave it blank.
- Subject - Subject of your request
- Description - Include detailed information about your request and any other additional information you can provide.
- Attach a file - Attach a receipt of your most recent purchase.
Proof of Purchase Information (Receipt)
Proof of Purchase can be a screenshot of your most recent purchase in the game. This receipt should have the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
- Purchase ID (varies by payment method, but it's a long number that identifies that specific transaction)
- Payment Method (no sensitive details are required - please do not provide your credit card number or other sensitive information)
⚠️ Please do not create multiple tickets for the same request. Duplicate requests will be automatically closed.
After you submit your request, our Player Support team will review it and reply with a new password for your account, if all information provided matches our records.. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
