Ban Appeals Process

If your in-game account was banned, and you believe this was done in error you are eligible to appeal the punishment that was applied.


Keep in mind that every punishment applied is final and does not expire. We are unable to restore an account, even after a certain period of time has passed.


▶️ Important: You have 6 months to submit your Ban Appeal from the date you were banned. Requests after this period passed will be automatically denied.


Punishment Table

These are the most common punishments applied by our team - you can review our Terms of Service to see all applicable infractions. A permanent Account Ban will result in the suspension of an Individual Account that infringes our Terms of Service. A permanent Krunker Ban will result in the suspension of all accounts linked to an individual Account, including new and older accounts.

Any punishment, after review, could be escalated directly to a Permanent Account or Krunker Ban, depending on its severity.


FRVR reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts created in case of repeated offenses.


Connection Bans (IP Ban)

In certain cases, an IP address could also be restricted to avoid bypassing our punishments and to avoid repeated offenses.

If you play on a public network, other players using hacks or cheats could also cause you to see the connection ban.

We are unable to lift this type of restriction and our system will automatically remove it once the network is whitelisted.


Before Submitting an Appeal

For cases involving Hacking, Cheats, Team Impersonation, and other serious offenses, our policy is clear: the account will remain permanently banned. 


We do not make exceptions, and these cases are not eligible for appeal.

In line with our commitment to protecting the integrity of our moderation process, details of the KPD officer or specific evidence used to justify the ban are not disclosed.


How to Submit an Appeal

To start your Account Appeal process, we need the following information:
  • Your Username: Your Krunker.io in-game username;
  • Email: Please inform all emails ever linked to your account;
  • 2-Factor-Authentication: Please inform us if your account has a 2FA enabled
  • Ban Error Code: Please include any ban error code (e.g., 0x1, 0x2, hackertag) you see when trying to login
  • VPN or Proxy Usage: Please inform us if you have ever used a VPN or proxy service to play Krunker
  • Alternative Client or Mods: Please inform us if you used non-official clients or any client modification
  • Cheating or Hacking: Please inform us if you have been flagged as a hacker on other accounts
  • Your IP Address (IPv4): You can find this at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ (a number like this: 123.123.123.123).
  • Your last Market Purchase: Please inform the item name, value, and purchase date
  • Your last KR gift: Please inform the receiving player name, KR value, and date


Account with Previous Purchases

Important: If you made purchases in our store we also require the receipt of your last purchase.

This receipt should have the following information:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date
  • Value
  • Payment Method
  • Currency


      Without this information, we are unable to start the Account Appeal process.

Repeated requests

If your appeal is denied, we are unable to review it again, the decision is final. 

You may, however, create a new account. We recommend reviewing our Terms of Service before that to avoid any future punishments.
