Ban Appeals Process

At FRVR, we are committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all players.

If your account has been banned and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a ban appeal.

However, it's important to understand the following key points before proceeding with your appeal:


Understanding the Ban

  • Permanent Bans: Bans are typically permanent when cheats, scripts, or unauthorized extensions have been detected on your account or within your network. These bans are non-negotiable and irreversible.

  • Connection Bans: If your account has been tagged multiple times, especially over an extended period, it might have resulted in a connection ban. This is also a serious action that indicates persistent violations of our terms.


Before Submitting an Appeal

  • Proof of Purchase Requirement: To verify your identity and ownership of the account, we require proof of purchase. This could include receipts, transaction IDs, or email confirmations related to your account.

    Without this proof, we cannot process your appeal.

  • Information to Provide: When submitting your appeal, ensure you include all relevant details, including:
    • Your Username
    • Any Ban Error Codes (e.g., 0x1, 0x2, hackertag)
    • Whether you’ve used VPN or proxy services
    • Any history of cheating or the use of unauthorized extensions
    • Your IPv4 address, which can be obtained here


The Appeals Process

  1. Initial Review: Upon receiving your appeal, our team will review the ban status associated with your account. This includes checking the logs, IP history, and any video evidence if applicable.

  2. Decision Making: Our team operates under strict guidelines to ensure fairness.
    If evidence shows that cheats were used or that the ban was justified, the ban will remain in place, and you will be notified.

  3. Final Outcome: If your appeal is denied, the decision is final. We do not offer multiple appeals for the same ban. You may, however, create a new account after the connection ban expires.


Important Policies

  • No Exceptions Policy: For cases involving cheats, scripts, or extensions, our policy is clear: the account will remain permanently banned. We do not make exceptions, and these cases are not eligible for appeal.

  • KPD Officer Privacy: In line with our commitment to protecting the integrity of our moderation process, details of the KPD officer or specific evidence used to justify the ban are not disclosed.


What to Expect

  • Response Time: Appeals are reviewed in the order they are received. We aim to respond to appeals within two weeks, but this timeline can vary based on the volume of requests.

  • New Accounts: If your appeal is denied, you may create a new account once your connection ban expires. Please note that attempting to log in to a tagged account may extend the connection ban duration.
